About this role

The Lead Operator for API manufacturing will be part of a greenfield startup team at Lilly’s new Lebanon, IN facility, supporting the build-out and transition to GMP manufacturing. This role is focused on producing active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) within a safety-first, quality-driven environment and contributing to the development of site processes and culture during project delivery and startup. The position involves working in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing setting with rotating shifts and hands-on operations.
