About this role
As a Lead Operator, you will operationally manage the processing or packaging process by monitoring progress, quality, efficiency, and other KPIs, along with the operational guidance of Operators. You will ensure compliance with VGHM policies, coordinate product changes, and lead a team of 4 to 5 Operators in a 5-shift schedule.
