Lead Operator

The Lead Operator is responsible for safely performing Wireline-related duties at the well site and in the shop, ensuring compliance with regulations for Wireline explosives operations. This role focuses on production line activities, requiring supervision of ground operations, preparation of SCBLs, and expertise in perforating, setting plugs/packers, and pipe recovery. The position involves rigging up on workover rigs, drilling rigs, or cranes while maintaining equipment and adhering to safety protocols.
