Lead Operator

The Lead Operator oversees the operation and maintenance of City wastewater treatment plants and associated facilities under the guidance of the Wastewater Plant Superintendent. This role involves supervising plant personnel, coordinating laboratory activities, and ensuring compliance with all Federal, State, County, and City regulations. The position requires operational decision-making, administrative support, and the ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
