Lead, Painter

The Lead, Painter position is responsible for performing skilled journey-level work to maintain interior and exterior surfaces and painting duties while providing work direction and guidance to painting personnel. The role involves overseeing painting equipment, establishing preventive maintenance schedules, and estimating projects in terms of time, labor, and materials. This position requires coordinating with district employees, architecture, and engineering staff, as well as outside contractors to ensure successful project completion.
