Lead - Part-time

As a key member of the store leadership team, you will work alongside the Assistant and Store Manager to lead Product Guides and facilitate the guest experience across all areas of the retail store. You will prioritize product knowledge, community engagement, and operational excellence while coaching the team to achieve business goals. The role involves supporting the entire in-store experience, managing floor leadership, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
