Lead Patient Access Associate

This role serves as a preceptor for new hires and acts as a Patient Access resource within the BHSF Revenue Cycle, taking on leadership responsibilities in the absence of a Manager or Supervisor. The incumbent coordinates patient flow, ensures timely processing, and addresses patient questions while maintaining knowledge of insurance requirements and financial assistance options. The position involves supporting departmental initiatives, participating in committees, and providing professional, compassionate service to patients and the community.
