Lead Patient Concierge

The Lead Patient Concierge supports front desk operations and ensures an excellent patient experience by providing day-to-day assistance, handling scheduling, phone and email inquiries, and covering the front desk as needed. The role also collaborates with other departments to improve processes, develops documentation, and helps develop front desk staff.
