Lead Person

The Lead Person is responsible for coordinating and implementing training programs for machine positions across all shifts, ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency, and production. This role involves maintaining a safe work environment, communicating standards to staff, and assisting in planning methods, machinery, and safety programs. The position requires operating machines when needed, following SOPs, and reporting issues to the Production Manager.
