Lead Pharmacy Technician

The Lead Pharmacy Technician will lead and support the back-end pharmacy technician team to ensure the proper preparation of medications for dispensing by the pharmacist team. This role focuses on order fulfillment, including packaging, dispensing, reviewing delivery orders for accuracy, and coordinating stock rotations. The position involves guiding various departments such as Pre-Pack, Picking, Staging, and Inventory toward their primary objectives while providing feedback and training to team members.
