Lead Photo Retoucher

Trove Brands is seeking an experienced Lead Photo Retoucher to lead the in-house retouching team and define the visual quality of imagery across its portfolio of brands. This hands-on leadership role involves performing high-end retouching for lifestyle, campaign, product, and e-commerce photography while establishing and maintaining consistent quality standards. The position requires overseeing the PDP color-approval process, managing color-managed workflows, and providing direction and feedback to a small team of retouchers.
