Lead Planner

The Lead Planner position performs advanced planning and analysis work, coordinating complex planning and zoning proposals from application to final approval. This role leads development review meetings, presents cases to the Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council, and provides guidance to other planners. The position also involves supervising staff, contributing to performance evaluations, and serving as the Planning Department representative when needed.
