About this role

As a Lead Platform Architect for Cloud at Genworth, you will define and manage enterprise cloud infrastructure architectures to ensure they are secure, scalable, and resilient. You will lead cross-functional initiatives involving cloud, network, and identity platforms while establishing reusable patterns and guiding workload placement decisions. This role requires deep collaboration with engineering and security teams to align infrastructure strategy with business goals in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain enterprise cloud infrastructure architecture including landing zones and shared services
Lead design for complex cross-tower initiatives involving cloud, network, identity, and operations
Develop and document cloud infrastructure reference architectures and reusable patterns
Partner with security and engineering teams to ensure end-to-end infrastructure cohesion
Mentor engineers and architects on cloud infrastructure best practices

Qualifications
