Lead Plumbing & Fire Protection Designer (or Engineer*)

The Lead Plumbing & Fire Protection Designer (or Engineer*) is a senior member and manager of the project team responsible for leading design initiatives and supervising a team of design professionals. This role involves managing all design functions, including surveys, calculations, selections, and layouts, while providing leadership support in the construction administration process. The position requires effective communication with peers, supervisors, vendors, consultants, clients, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality trade-specific schematics and layouts are completed.
