About this role

The Lead PMO Analyst supports the financial health and operational effectiveness of portfolios and programs by monitoring financials, tracking budgets and variances, conducting reconciliations, and assisting with project closure activities. The role collaborates with program and project managers, finance, and portfolio teams to ensure accurate reporting, informed decision‑making, and proactive risk identification.

Responsibilities

Monitor project and program financials and perform reconciliations
Develop weekly and monthly dashboards and reports for portfolio reviews
Support program planning activities including scheduling and resource forecasting
