Lead Postal Clerk

The Lead Postal Clerk provides exceptional customer service while supporting and managing the daily operations of the Black Butte Ranch Post Office. This role is responsible for processing incoming and outgoing mail and packages, assisting owners and guests with shipping and retail needs, and ensuring accurate, organized, and timely mail distribution in compliance with postal regulations. The position also involves performing office and computer-based work, supporting administrative and managerial responsibilities, and assuming Manager duties when needed.
