About this role
The Lead Pricing Engineer will lead the pricing engineering function for Hastings Direct’s in-house pricing and rating platform, focusing on the development, optimisation and governance of underwriting pricing capabilities. The role sits at the intersection of pricing, data and engineering and is based in Bexhill/Leicester/London with a hybrid working model. It reports to the Head of Rating Change Delivery and supports delivery across multiple lines of business.
