About this role
Hop is a recruiting firm partnering with Fortune 500 companies and top VC-backed startups to hire GenAI, ML, Data Science, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, and Product talent. This San Francisco-based role is a hands-on Senior Technical Recruiter who will lead complex senior searches while learning to integrate and advise on AI-enabled hiring workflows via Hop's Moon Engine platform. You'll collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to shape the product and later onboard enterprise clients to AI-orchestrated recruiting.
