About this role

The Lead / Principle Structural Simulation Engineer will head structural analysis and simulation efforts for Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) products and similar large structures, developing finite element analysis strategies and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure design robustness, manufacturability, cost efficiency, reliability, and regulatory compliance. The role also involves mentoring engineers, establishing best‑practice simulation processes, and communicating technical findings to internal and external stakeholders.
