About this role

Project Farma is seeking a Lead Process Engineer or Manager to serve as an Owner's Representative for pharmaceutical and biotechnology facility projects. The role involves providing technical oversight of process engineering activities, ensuring compliance with GMP standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality life sciences projects. Candidates must reside within 50 miles of Raleigh, NC, and be willing to travel domestically.

Responsibilities

Serve as Owner's Representative providing technical oversight of A&E process engineering activities
Provide technical leadership for process design across sterile, oral solid, and ADC manufacturing areas
Review and challenge process engineering deliverables including PFDs, P&IDs, and equipment specifications
