Lead Process Estimator

The Lead Process Estimator will own the estimation of complex water and wastewater treatment projects, providing hands‑on leadership to the estimating team. This role involves developing pricing strategies for hard‑bid and design‑build work, collaborating with project managers and engineers, and establishing best practices while mentoring and growing the estimating staff.
