The Lead Process Operative oversees production shift activities in a feed mill, ensuring the mill operates at optimized efficiency and throughput while meeting company quality standards and UFAS requirements. The role maintains high levels of health, safety and hygiene and deputizes for the Team Manager to deliver the production plan on schedule. The position supports environmental and ISO compliance and helps maintain process and equipment standards.
