About this role
A Process Science and Manufacturing Technology leader embedded in Takeda’s Global Manufacturing Science team, providing process science and manufacturing technology leadership for drug product manufacturing across the company’s global network. Acts as a technical SME for small-molecule oral solid dosage and/or parenteral processes, supporting new product introductions and lifecycle management and representing process science in regulatory CMC interactions. Works in a matrix environment to align cross-functional stakeholders and ensure process knowledge is captured, shared, and applied consistently across sites.
