Lead Procurement Specialist

The Lead Procurement Specialist is responsible for sourcing medium and high critical materials, equipment, and subcontracts, while leading small groups and substituting for the Project Procurement Manager. This role involves developing negotiating strategies, overseeing procurement execution from RFP solicitation through award, and maintaining supplier relationships. The position requires expert-level knowledge of procurement processes and the ability to mentor less tenured peers.
