Lead Producer

The Lead Producer will take ownership of production across an unannounced AAA game, leading and mentoring a team of Producers while driving team wellbeing and production processes. This role involves championing the game's creative vision, managing budgets and resources, and serving as the primary point of contact for senior leadership and external partners. The position requires strong communication skills to align cross-discipline teams and ensure the delivery of outstanding gaming experiences.
