Lead Product Analyst

The Lead Product Analyst plays a critical role in shaping the company’s product strategy, pricing, and competitive position across Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance lines. In this role, you will drive business performance by analyzing complex issues, identifying opportunities, and delivering actionable recommendations related to rating plans, underwriting guidelines, process improvements, and other strategic initiatives. As a key partner to the Product organization, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Underwriting, Marketing, Finance, and Technology to evaluate business performance, solve operational and market challenges, and implement impactful solutions.
