This role emphasizes self-serve research, systems thinking at scale, and moving design code-first to accelerate development.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design for CBS Sports App features on iOS and Android
Utilize AI and LLMs for rapid prototyping and spec generation
Collaborate closely with engineers and PMs in a builder-led process
Analyze user behavior data to drive design decisions and strategy
Build and maintain scalable design systems for product consistency
