About this role

A Lead Product Development AI Engineer at Clarivate drives end-to-end delivery of full-stack features while architecting GenAI, agentic AI, and MCP capabilities for the Cortellis Life Sciences platform. The role involves building customer-facing solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular, leading technical design, and ensuring AI integrations are safe, reliable, and cost-effective. You will mentor engineers, define non-functional requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable microservices and AI-driven workflows.

Responsibilities

Architect and operate GenAI and agentic AI capabilities in production
Design and build scalable microservices and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot
Lead frontend architecture and development using Angular with a focus on performance
Implement RAG pipelines, embeddings, and prompt engineering best practices
Mentor engineers and drive engineering excellence through code reviews and operational readiness
