Lead Program Analyst

AVER is seeking an experienced Lead Program Analyst to oversee day-to-day program activities and provide hands-on operational, analytical, and stakeholder support across division offices within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). This role serves as a primary coordination point between Government stakeholders, contractor personnel, and contract leadership, managing multiple priorities and ensuring timely, high-quality program support. The ideal candidate combines strong project management and team leadership skills with hands-on experience in data analysis, executive reporting, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement.
