Wabtec
The LEAD Operations Program is a two‑year, four‑rotation development experience at Wabtec that exposes recent graduates to engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and EHS functions. Participants rotate through 6‑month assignments, receive leadership and technical training, and work on projects that support operational excellence.
