Wabtec
The LEAD Operations Program is a 2-year rotational development initiative designed to launch careers at Wabtec by providing broad exposure to engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and EHS functions. Participants complete four 6-month rotations to develop skills in areas such as LEAN, 6sigma, logistics, and leadership, culminating in a permanent role. The program includes leadership and technical training, exposure to senior leadership, and opportunities to build a professional network.
