LEAD Program – Operations

The LEAD Operations Program is a two-year rotational development opportunity designed for early-career professionals to gain broad exposure across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and EHS functions. Participants complete four six-month rotations to develop specialized skills in areas such as LEAN, 6sigma, logistics, and leadership, culminating in a permanent role launch. The program includes leadership training, exposure to senior management, and the chance to build a professional network while contributing to impactful projects.
