Lead Project Engineer

The Lead Project Engineer leads and manages engineering projects within the NAVCON Radios product line, defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role involves developing project plans, monitoring progress using Earned Value Management metrics, and providing technical guidance and mentorship to a team of engineers. The position reports to the CNS Director of Project Engineering and is based in Phoenix, AZ, on a hybrid work schedule.
