Reporting to the Sector Manager, this role requires strong technical expertise in highway and bridge markets to manage scope, budget, and schedule from concept through completion. The successful candidate will mentor engineering staff, lead proposal development, and cultivate relationships with clients and public agencies to expand market presence.
