Lead Psychiatric Clinician (PMHNP)

The Lead Nurse Practitioner is the market-level operational and clinical leader for SOL Mental Health’s psychiatric clinician cohort, combining clinical practice with leadership responsibilities. The role requires approximately 10–16 hours per week of direct patient care while the remainder of the time focuses on supervising advanced practice clinicians, driving care model adherence, and supporting clinician onboarding and integration. This position supports integrated care workflows and quality initiatives and is based in a hybrid model with required in-person presence at several regional centers.
