Lead, R&D – Design & Innovation, Central Packaging

As a Design & Innovation Leader at Kraft Heinz, you will lead a team of packaging experts to drive disruptive design initiatives across the North America portfolio. The role involves establishing capabilities to develop, prototype, test, and pilot novel packaging solutions that translate brand strategies and consumer insights into viable designs. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure solutions are commercially viable, manufacturable, and aligned with sustainability goals while mentoring junior talent.
