Ecolab
The Lead Responsible AI (RAI) Engineer will guide the design, implementation, and operationalization of responsible AI, safety, quality, evaluation, and governance practices for GenAI and agentic AI solutions. This role collaborates with AI engineers, architects, product owners, and platform teams to embed safeguards, testing strategies, and observability into the full product lifecycle, ensuring AI systems are trustworthy and enterprise‑ready.
