About this role

The Lead RF Test & Integration Engineer will own qualification and production test strategies for wireless systems in FPV drones, leading RF validation, building test infrastructure, and overseeing NPI and manufacturing acceptance testing. This role manages a team of RF test engineers and technicians, collaborates with design, manufacturing, and quality teams, and drives root‑cause investigations to ensure production readiness.

Responsibilities

Own RF qualification testing for drone video and command links
Lead and mentor RF test engineers and technicians
Build and scale automated RF test infrastructure using Python and lab equipment
