Meadows & Ohly
This lead role provides Tier 2 IT support to the end-user community both remotely and in person, leading a team while collaborating with the Support Manager and a contracted help desk. The position is responsible for managing and delegating the installation, configuration, deployment, and issue resolution for operating systems, software, infrastructure, cloud services, MDM, and EHR systems. Daily efforts also include project planning and execution, with travel required.
