The position is based at a center of excellence hub in Austin, TX, New Albany, OH, or Indianapolis, IN.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage integrated schedules for large-scale capital construction projects
Monitor schedule risk and evaluate critical path activity sequencing
Coordinate scope and logic constraints with project teams and trade stakeholders
Create detailed pull-plans and consolidated progress reports for senior management
Identify procurement items, gaps, and trends to implement corrective recovery plans

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Quantity SurveyingAACE, PMI, RICS, or CMAA certification5-15+ years of scheduling experience in large construction projects
