About this role

The Lead Scrum Master drives agile transformation and maturation across IGEN's Technology organization by leading scaled scrum adoption and establishing enterprise-wide agile standards. This role facilitates ceremonies, coaches teams and leaders on agile mindset shifts, and removes organizational impediments to ensure predictable, high-quality software delivery. By defining agile maturity models and translating flow metrics into strategic insights, the position aligns team workflows with the company's FY2027 transformation program.

Responsibilities

Lead scaled rollout and maturation of scrum across engineering teams
Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
Coach product owners and engineers on agile principles and mindset
Identify and resolve organizational impediments blocking team flow
Define and govern enterprise agile standards and practices
