Lead, SDLC Security Engineering

The Lead, SDLC Security Engineering (Manager) leads the implementation and operation of security tooling, automated guardrails, and secure software development lifecycle practices across the Productivity Solutions Division. This role involves managing a security engineering team, partnering with DevSecOps and cross-functional stakeholders to embed practical security controls into developer workflows, and ensuring secure-by-default engineering practices to reduce vulnerabilities and improve release confidence. By integrating security automation into CI/CD pipelines and defining secure release criteria, the leader enables engineering teams to move faster while maintaining high security standards.
