Lead - Security & Employee Services

The Lead – Security Management and Employee Services role at Alfa Laval India is responsible for owning and strengthening the site security and workplace protection framework across all locations. This leadership position ensures the safety of people, protection of assets, and continuity of operations through the management of physical security systems, employee transport, visitor management, and workplace readiness services. The role involves leading service partners, conducting risk-based controls, and continuously improving security and workplace readiness through metrics and audits.
