The Safety and Security Lead at Big Cedar Lodge is a leadership role within the resort’s Safety & Security function, reporting to the Safety & Security Manager and partnering with the TACS Division. The position serves as the chair for resort safety committees and is the primary lead for OSHA compliance efforts across resort operations. This role works closely with internal leaders and external partners to support a safe, compliant operating environment.
