Lead Service Producer

The Lead Service Producer collaborates with the Creative Director to execute the vision and goals for the overall worship experience across all venues and campuses. This role involves leading a team of producers to ensure excellent weekend services, coordinating with pastors, communications, and technical teams, and maintaining parity and timing between simultaneous services. The position requires managing service content, planning, and organization within the Worship and Creative Arts systems.
