Lead SOC Analyst

The Lead SOC Analyst leads daily Security Operations Center (SOC) operations while actively participating in threat detection, investigation, and response. This player/coach role serves as the primary liaison with the external MDR provider, ensuring effective monitoring and escalation of security events. The position focuses on developing SOC processes, mentoring team members, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the organization's security posture.
