Lead Software Architect

The Lead Software Architect owns the architecture function for the Technology Division, setting the division-wide technical direction, target architecture, and non-functional envelopes that all systems must adhere to. This role governs what gets built and how systems fit together, acting as the final decision-maker on cross-domain design disputes and build-versus-buy calls. The position serves as the technical counterpart to the Head of Engineering, translating product strategy into an architecture roadmap and managing the division's technical debt position.
