The Lead SDET will own and scale the end-to-end quality function for HighLevel’s web and mobile products in a fast-growing, remote-first environment. The role is responsible for designing and evolving automation frameworks, test platforms, and observability systems to support highly distributed, large-scale services. It also includes close collaboration with product, engineering, security, and DevOps teams to ensure reliable, scalable releases with minimal production issues. This position combines hands-on technical work with leadership of a small QA/SDET team in a high-impact product area.
