Responsibilities

Lead delivery of AI-driven workflow automation systems from design to production
Design backend workflows for multi-step insurance processes including approvals and claims
Translate complex operational processes into clear system architecture and execution plans
Mentor engineers and raise engineering standards across system design and coding quality
Improve system reliability through monitoring, debugging, and incident response
