Lead Software Engineer, Collector Engagement Team

The Lead Software Engineer will lead a small team of frontend engineers while remaining deeply hands-on in designing and delivering production software for the Topps collector engagement platform. This role combines people leadership with senior-level frontend engineering to build scalable systems, reusable components, and real-time interaction features that enhance the digital collector experience. The position requires strong technical direction, coaching, and collaboration with Product, Design, and Backend teams to drive execution and maintain high engineering standards.
